I went to the gym to run three miles on the treadmill tonight and when I hit mile 2.5 I felt so good that I decided to go on to four miles instead. It's been several months since I've run four miles...heck I've only run three miles a handful of times since July.
I have so much going on in my life right now, but I really want to make this a priority again. Only time will tell...
It's only 3 miles...

Best of luck! I don't think I've ever set out to do one distance and thought "I feel so good, I'll do x# miles more!". Way to go!
