I decided after supper tonight that I WANTED to go to the gym and run. It's the first time I've wanted to run in months. I ran 3.1 miles--still not timing myself--and felt fantastic the whole time. I'm trying to take it easy on my ankles by building up slowly so I didn't run more than three miles even though I kind of wanted to.
I'm going again tomorrow evening with the gang...thinking about getting up early one of these days and running around my neighborhood. It's been awhile.
It's only 3 miles...

How did the workout go with the gang? I'm hoping to do 3.1 today as well. Glad to see you're wanting to run again.
